Chamber sizes that can be manufactured using the method proposed by AZADrg include 300mm, 500mm, 1000mm, 1500mm, 2000mm, and 2500mm based on inner diameter.
Among these, we attempted to manufacture a 500mm size, which is a size that can be produced by hand.
The chamber consists only of a connection device for injecting compressed air into the central pipe, an auxiliary fuel inlet, and temperature measuring holes at the second and third stages.
Therefore, except for the compressed air injection method, everything is manual.
The central air injection pipe was perforated to form a three-stage air curtain.
The size of the air injection holes was adjusted so that the injected air sufficiently reaches
the inner wall of the chamber.
The horsepower of the air compressor and the total number of air nozzles are important variables.
It consists entirely of a manually injected auxiliary fuel injector and temperature measuring holes (located at the 2nd and 3rd stages).
All production, testing, and operation were conducted in an outdoor environment.
The flame layer occasionally getting distorted in the video is due to the wind.

Observation 2

This AFC-500 chamber did not use vertical joints between refractory bricks during manufacturing. In Korea, the use of individual incineration equipment that has not been authorized is strictly prohibited by law. In Korea, this equipment is recognized as an incinerator.
Chamber as Condition, not Device. This chamber is better described as a reaction space rather than a disposal device.
